Kyle, a New Jersey native, has been immersed in racquet sports since age 3, starting with tennis and transitioning into an 18-year coaching career. In 2017, he introduced pickleball to his hometown club, sparking a new passion. PPR-certified under the guidance of Sarah Ansboury, Kyle is a seasoned 5.0 player who has competed in top pro tournaments like the APP NJ Open and US Open Minto Championships. Known as ‘The Most Electrifying Coach in Pickleball,’ he brings passion, expertise, and a knack for elevating players of all levels. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced competitor, Kyle is ready to help you reach your goals. See you on the courts!

Director of Pickleball

Evan Addington is the Director of Pickleball at Crush Yard, originally from Melbourne, Florida. He was introduced to pickleball while teaching tennis at the Four Seasons Orlando. A PPR certified professional with a 5.44 DUPR rating, Evan is passionate about growing the pickleball culture in central Florida. He is excited to foster a competitive league environment in Orlando while welcoming players of all levels. His favorite moment on court is seeing when first timers get hooked on the game!

Do I need my own equipment for lessons?

Not at all! We provide paddles and balls for all lessons. If you have your own equipment, you’re welcome to bring it, but it’s not required.

What skill level do I need to be to take lessons?

We welcome all skill levels, from complete beginners to advanced players. Our pros will tailor the lesson to your experience and goals.

Do you offer group lessons?

Absolutely! We offer group lessons for up to 4 people, available at different skill levels and times. A great way to learn and improve together.

What's included in a lesson?

Each lesson includes personalized instruction, equipment if needed, court time, and a progress assessment. Your pro will provide drills and techniques to practice between lessons.

What if I need to reschedule my lesson?

Lessons can be rescheduled with 24-hour notice at no charge. Contact your pro directly or our front desk to make changes to your booking.

How do I choose the right instructor?

You can view our pros’ profiles above, including their teaching style and specialties. We’re happy to recommend an instructor based on your goals and schedule.
