Do I have to be a passholder to come to Crush Yard?
Nope! Our restaurant, bar, and pickleball courts are open to the public. We have a passholder program featuring some sweet benefits and discounts, but we are very far from “members only.”
How do I sign up to be a passholder?
Sign up online, at the front desk, or through our mobile app. Your pass activates immediately.
Can I reserve a court in advance?
Yes. Non-passholders may reserve a court one week in advance. Passholders are allowed to book further in advance.
What is the cancellation policy for court reservations?
You may cancel a court reservation for a full refund up to 24 hours before the reservation starts. We do not offer refunds within 24 hours of reservation start time.
What happens if I am late for my reservation?
If you have not checked in 15 minutes after your reservation start time, we may cancel your reservation with no refund and use the court for another purpose.
How do I cancel my Pass?
All Crush Yard Passes can be cancelled at any time through our mobile app or by contacting help@crushyard.com
