Is there a commitment?
There are no long term commitments, but Passholders will be auto billed monthly.
Are my guests allowed as a Crush Player Passholder?
All guests are welcome! We kindly ask that your party check in with our Pickleball Concierge at the front desk. Don’t forget when reserving a court there are no guest charges. You are able to register guests for any of our scheduled events directly through the app or by visiting our website.
Can I freeze or pause my Crush Player Pass benefits?
You may pause at any time! If you need assistance pausing or canceling your benefits, please reach out and we will be happy to assist.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel or suspend your Passholder benefits at any time! If you need assistance pausing, canceling, or suspending, please reach out and we will be happy to assist.
Is there a limit to how many court reservations or events I can book?
While we do limit Crush Player Passholders to 2 courts per private reservation, you can register for as many events as you’d like within the added 14 day reservation horizon.
How do I redeem my 20% on food and 10% off private event offerings?
When closing out any tabs, please present proof of your Crush Player Pass benefits for 20% off your food purchase. Get in contact with our sales team to redeem 10% off your next private event!
