Off the court. Around the table.

Good food. Great company.

The food is part of the occasion. Make room for a proper meal, something to share and a toast to your people.

Build your table.

Pick a buffet built for a crowd. Go game-day with pretzel bites and house-made beer cheese, cheeseburger sliders and Old Bay crabby fries; go Southern with fried chicken, house-smoked pulled pork, mac and cheese and biscuits; or go big with strip steak and seared salmon. Add shareable platters and desserts like banana pudding. Share any dietary needs as you plan.

Make a toast.

Open bar packages run two to four hours, from The Baseline (beer, wine and cider from the self-pour taps) up to Dinker’s Delight, with top-shelf pours like Ketel One, Patrón and Hendrick’s. Drink tickets work too. Your local team can walk you through non-alcoholic options too.

Good to know

Questions we get a lot.

How far ahead should we book?

Share your preferred date as early as you can. Availability depends on the yard, group size and time of year; your local events team can help you explore the options.

Does everyone need to know how to play?

All experience levels are welcome. Every yard can add a session with a Crush Yard pro, and your events team can suggest a beginner-friendly format or games for everyone.

Can we bring cake or decorations?

Each yard has its own guidelines, and some party packages don’t allow outside food, including cakes. Include your ideas in the inquiry and your events team will confirm what you can bring.

Is there a minimum spend?

Ask your local team for the details for your date, space and headcount. Confirm package pricing, minimums and any other charges before booking.

Can we plan a kids’ party?

Yes—choose Kids’ party in the inquiry and include the ages and headcount. The team can help you plan the games, food and extras your yard offers.

Can we focus on food and drinks instead of pickleball?

Tell us what you have in mind. Your team can help you explore a gathering built around the table, time on the courts or a mix of both, depending on your yard and date.

What if we don’t know our final headcount yet?

Start with your best estimate and note that it may change. Your events team can explain the space options and when final numbers are needed.

Can you help with dietary needs?

Include any dietary needs or allergies when you inquire. The local team will discuss suitable menu choices and confirm what the kitchen can accommodate before you book.
